This hotel is not maintained . Needs paint and updating could be a nice hotel if maintained better. It had pealing paint, walls needed to be scrubbed bathroom floor could have been scrubbed down better. ...read more

Convenient to my travel route.
Staff clueless and non-English speaking. The parking lot was overrun by patrons of the adjacent bar. They were loud, rude, argumentative and DUI.

We have stayed at a Knights Inn before, which was older, but clean, functional, had a friendly staff, and was inexpensive. This place has it's parking lot taken over by an adjacent Bar. It's dirty, sloppily constructed, noisy. The desk guy did not speak English much, fortunately the other person he woke up did. Nonetheless, they did not have my reservation. I had to call the customer service number, and they found the information at the same time. They really have coffee and donuts. Coffee, powdered creamer, sugar packets and a box of donuts. OK. ...read more

Nice pool and outback adjacent to hotel.
Too many younger, noisy people, mostly Hispanic.

The rooms were small, tastefully decorated and clean. The parking lot was large and our rooms were a long way from the highway so it would have been quiet had it not been for younger people hanging around, talking loudly and the two teenage girls with us did not feel particularly safe when they were in the pool. I also got the impression that perhaps rooms were rented for short periods of time though that didn't particularly bother me but would some people I am sure. ...read more

Nothing - it was a disaster.
Filthy, unsafe, it stunk, the air conditioner did not work, etc.

It was horrible. Don't use this hotel.

Nothing.
Very dirty and bad area of town.

We did not stay at the hotel due to the condition and location. The rooms were less than desirable, the owner spoke very little English and was hard to deal with, the asked for two rooms with two doubles and we had to fight to get those and then the bath rooms had no tub (we had a 17 month old child with us). ...read more

The bed was comfortable.
The bathrooms smelled heavily of bug spray. Horrible tile work.

No. Bathroom smelled of strong bug spray. Facilities poorly decorated and maintained.

Easy to find, clean and quiet.
No restaurant attached to the hotel and almost no 3 prong outlets in the room.

The Knights inn in West Springfield although on route 5 (main drag) in West Springfield is at the end of the strip of hotels and restaurants on route 5. The hotel itself is good for an overnight or weekend stay but be prepared to drive if you want to go anywhere. The room I had was clean, quiet (far from Route 5) and very well appointed. The one minor issue is the almost non existence of any grounded (3 prong) outlets in the room. Otherwise it's a decent place to rest for the night. ...read more

The pool.
Broken AC, unclean carpets & very old bathroom facilities.

If you can't find anything else this may do in a pinch but keep your expectations very low. The staff was kind enough to give me a new room when my extremely noisy AC unit broke. Dirty carpets, outdated (very old) bath fixtures, poor security (chain lock broken, windows opening up to dark alley), free internet service spotty at best. ...read more

Location to other amenities.
Mediocre in quality.

We would not likely stay at this location again, though accommodations were adequate.

The hotel is right off the highway.
Dirty room's, a/c did not work, lights were turning on and off by them self. Etc

The only good thing about this places is that it is right off the high way that's about it. Room was dirty, a/c did not work, lights turned on and off by them self's. The bath room sink and others things over flowed. I would not received this place for a family setting do to the bar in the parking lot. ...read more
